About the class
Our Tuesday evening and Wednesday morning handbuilding classes are the perfect space to learn, make and mingle. Open to all levels, each class gives you time to learn new techniques, work on your own projects, and connect with others around our big communal table.
We believe there’s something truly special about making alongside others. You learn faster, get inspired by what the people around you create, and pick up fresh ideas as you grow together. And once you feel confident with your skills, our classes are a wonderful stepping stone to studio membership.
What to expect
Classes run at a relaxed pace, where everyone learns from each other around the table, with the help of our teacher.
New to clay? We start at the very beginning ;) Your first sessions introduce the 5 most important handbuilding techniques, such as pinching, coiling and working with slabs.
More experienced? The class is all yours: work on your own projects and ideas, with guidance whenever you need it.
Make whatever you like: mugs, bowls, vases, plates or decorative pieces. You’ll also learn how to decorate and glaze your work.
Everyone works at their own rhythm, with no rush to get through all 5 techniques in your first 4 weeks. Finishing the foundations and your first pieces to take home usually takes 2 to 3 class blocks.

How class passes work
This isn’t a fixed course with an end date: think of it as your weekly spot at the table. You pay in packs of 4 classes, and your pass is valid for 6 weeks, giving you a 2-week buffer for holidays or sickness. After your 4th class, you simply continue with the next pack to keep your spot, for as long as you like. Want to stop? Just let us know before your 3rd class of your current pass.

Booking Confirmation, Cancellation & Refund Policy
All online bookings are pending until you receive a direct confirmation email from our studio team. We usually process and send out booking confirmations during business days within 24 to 48 hours. Your spot is only fully reserved once this confirmation is sent.

Not at all! Beginners and experienced makers are equally welcome.

No stress: your pass is valid for 6 weeks, so you can use your remaining classes within that time.

Clothes you don’t mind getting messy. Clay washes out easily, but glazes can stain. We provide aprons :). Closed-toe shoes are recommended.

All workshop prices include clay, studio glazes, and firing of your piece. No hidden costs. The only exception is specialist workshops with guest teachers, where materials may vary. We'll always make this clear in the session description.

Yes. We run workshops and events in both English and Dutch, depending on who is teaching. If you have a language preference for a specific session, just let us know when booking and we'll always try to accommodate.

Of course. Join for one pack and see how you like it. Just let us know before your 3rd class if you’d like to stop.

Clay needs to dry, be fired, glazed and fired again, so this takes about 2 to 3 weeks. We’ll let you know when your pieces are ready.
